Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas at ABC House. Volunteers are essential to fulfill our mission for the community. All volunteers must pass a criminal background check with the Oregon State Police ($10 fee) in order to work at ABC House.
Child and Family Advocacy: This is for the individual who enjoys working directly with children and families. These volunteers welcome children and their families to the Center with a kind word and smile and sit with them in the waiting area. This position might also include providing follow-up calls to families that have been served at the Center.
Internships: Internships are available on a limited basis for undergraduate students and graduate students.

Special Event and Fundraising Assistance: ABC House is always in need of volunteers willing to help coordinate and organize fund raising events and activities on behalf of the agency. Volunteers also assist at events and other outreach activities.
Clerical Assistance and Support: If your expertise is more administrative in nature, help is always needed organizing crime victim and community resource packets for families as well as providing general office and clerical support.
