Our Vision

Children need the comfort and safety
of ABC House now more than ever.

Their voices must be heard.

Their hearts must be protected.

To actively and vocally stand up for these vulnerable children, ABC House is poised to answer the call by expanding services, increasing organizational capacity, and ensuring services for generations to come.

A Place to Hear Them

1-boy.png

With rising demand, ABC House needs additional space to provide comprehensive, child-centered, trauma-informed care under one roof.

To adequately HEAR THEM, we will add 3,000 sq ft to our facility for:

  • Dedicated group therapy areas to bring more specialty partners on-site for coordinated care.

  • Grand jury proceedings to take place at ABC House.

  • Strengthened collaboration among our multidisciplinary partners.

A Place to Hear Them

Children need timely access to abuse assessment and support. Early evaluation in a safe environment helps them begin healing sooner.

To PROTECT THEM, ABC House will increase organizational capacity with the addition of key staff.

  • Full-Time Medical Provider – to sustain the current number of medical exams and consultations

  • Major Gifts Officer – to build relationships for continued fundraising for the critical dollars to keep our doors open

INITIATIVE 3:

A Call to Persevere
for Them

ABC House is committed to providing hope, healing, and critical care for vulnerable children for generations. The ABC House Foundation supports this mission by sustaining and strategically growing operations, with a focus on expanding advocacy and prevention efforts and investing in programs and staff that keep children at the center of care.

Through this work, the Foundation helps ensure resilience and continued progress in the fight against child abuse.

"Children are our future.

The trauma of child abuse and neglect is enduringly harmful; impacts generations and threatens that future.

ABC House offers children a first step towards healing."
